GENERAL TERMS OF USE
These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering, and complaining about the products offered on this page. The Casa di Campara website may be used for your private use without any usage fees, subject to the following terms and conditions.
The seller is Epicentar d.o.o., a subsidiary of Casa di Campara Couture, and the buyer is a
visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment by credit card or cash on delivery.
ORDERS
The customer orders the product or products via the electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information
and submits the order is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Bosnian marks (BAM), including VAT. The goods are ordered electronically by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart. The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire order process and receives a confirmation of completed order processing.
PAYMENT
The ordered products or services are paid online by MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
DELIVERY
The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, immediately report the product to the delivery person. The seller waives all responsibility for damage that may occur during delivery.
The seller undertakes to send the shipment to the buyer the moment he receives the
confirmation approving the online transaction. The shipment is sent within 5
(five) working days.
However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delivery zones, there may sometimes be a delay.
If the buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered, the seller has the right to ask the
buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery.
After the delivery person receives the shipment from the seller, the seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems
that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.
RETURNS
The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is technically correct and corresponds to the product description listed at www.casadicampara.com. The image that illustrates the product on the website does not have to correspond to the actual appearance of the product, so the customer cannot advertise this segment.
In case of technical malfunction, the buyer is obliged to advertise the product within 14 (fourteen) working days. In order to report a technical defect, the buyer is obliged to return the technically defective product, unopened or used once, by mail, along with the receipt, after which the seller will send the buyer a replacement product within 5 (five) working days, free of charge. The seller reserves the right not to return the funds or replace the product if the above conditions are not met or if he believes that fraud has occurred.
The seller is not responsible for damages and obligations that are in the domain of the delivery agency.
COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
The holder of the product and packaging design rights is Epicentar d.o.o., a subsidiary of Casa di Campara Couture. The buyer undertakes not to copy, share, and sell the
seller's products or any part of those products without authorization.
GENERAL
Epicentar d.o.o., a subsidiary of Casa di Campara Couture, reserves the right to change these conditions. Any changes will be displayed on the Casa di Campara website. The
buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase.
The services provided to you by casadicampara.com Internet store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages.
Epicenter d.o.o., a subsidiary of Casa di Campara Couture, is not responsible for telephone
costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise.
